The admission decision is communicated through a phone call and an email letter only after:

  • The parent/guardian submits the completed Student Application Form with all the required supporting document.
  • Completed In-person student interview with both the parent/guardian and the student applicant.
  • Vacancy is confirmed for the grade level requested. The applicant will be added to the Waiting List if no vacancy is available.
  • HIS reserves the right to contact any person /institution to verify the authentication of information provided or documents received, whether mentioned in this application or in any other HIS formal document

Prior to scheduling an appointment for the Student Interview, the parent/ guardian should submit a signed and completed New Student Application Form supported by the following:

A non-refundable application processing fee of 400,000 LBP.
By Submitting below, I declare that all the information stated in this New Student Application Form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. If the school discovers at a later stage, even after acceptance/enrollment, that any information or data related to student’s academic performance, behavior, learning disability or difficulty, or any issues with physical, developmental, cognitive or emotional development were withheld from the school, and/or not forwarded to the school within one month of diagnosing the problem from a physician or a specialist, HIS has the right to terminate the admission process and/or rescind the admission decision, and ask the parent/legal guardian to withdraw the child from school immediately. In such cases, HIS reconsiders the services offered to the student with the purpose of recalculating his/her financial standing.

In case there is any change or any new diagnosis post-school admission, parents are required to submit all assessments and reports to the school counselor.

This form is confidential and will only be reviewed by the school counselor. In case of medications, the school nurse and the school doctor will be informed of the medication, dosage, and frequency.
